Low Fat Lie!

THE LOW FAT DIET IS A LIE AND
MAKES YOU SICK AND OBESE!!!

The low fat craze was started by the sugar industry and promoted by Coca-Cola.  The New York Times said, “The sugar industry paid scientists in the 1960s to play down the link between sugar and heart disease and promote saturated fat as the culprit instead, newly released historical documents show.” NYT  and Times report and Telegraph

If you studied the three news reports above you will see ample proof that the Low fat diet lie does the opposite to its claims. It does not increase health or lower obesity or help the heart- it causes heart problems, obesity and disease!!!

This is proof that greedy money twists the truth at our health expense and that both government and medical industries have and still are promoting these lies.

There are healthy foods that the low fat diet recommends. it is not the healthy foods that are wrong. It is the processed low fat foods that make us sick!  It is not healthy to avoid foods high in fat, their oils are essential for good health. Low fat diet is harmful because it reduces oils essential for good health, then often uses harmful saturated and poly saturated oils.
